General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Sale)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of products made on the website www.kbeaute.fr (the "Site"), operated by KBeauté Cosmetics (hereinafter "we", "us", "our"). Any order placed on the Site implies the unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale by the customer (hereinafter "you", "the customer").
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist between the delivered products and their description on the Site (e.g., in terms of color or size). The photographs are non-contractual.
3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is validated. Delivery costs are indicated separately before the order is finalized.
4. Orders
To place an order, you must follow the validation steps described on the Site. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. After your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including payment issues or product availability.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for orders is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted on the Site. Payment is secured via a third-party payment platform. The full price is payable at the time of order. In case of non-payment, the order will be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. In case of late payment, penalties may apply according to the legal rates.
6. Retention of Ownership
Products remain the property of KBeauté Cosmetics until full payment of the price, in accordance with Articles 2367 et seq. of the French Civil Code. However, the risks (loss, theft, deterioration) pass to you upon delivery of the products.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated when placing the order within the timeframes specified in the Delivery Conditions on the Site. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are detailed during the ordering process. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or external factors (such as carriers or customs). 8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. The product must be returned in its original condition and unopened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, for hygiene and safety reasons.
10. Legal Warranties
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, you can return it within two years from the date of delivery. You may choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions provided in Article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order placed. We shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, such as loss of revenue or data.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure events, as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or due to external causes beyond our control.
12. Personal Data
The information collected when placing an order is subject to data processing to manage the order and the customer relationship. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of your personal data. 13. Environmental Responsibility
In accordance with Article L.541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code, KBeauté Cosmetics complies with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for packaging and graphic papers. Our Unique Identifier (IDU), issued by ADEME, is: FR433892_01IAHF.
This identifier certifies our commitment to responsible waste management and recycling practices for the packaging of our products.
14. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, you have the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution to any dispute relating to the execution of the sales contract.
In the event of failure of mediation, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Sale will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
