Shipping policy
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.kbeaute.fr.
It forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Sale) and must be read together with the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under French and European Union law.
2. Shipping Areas and Carriers
KBeauté Cosmetics delivers its products to mainland France and selected European countries using Colissimo or any equivalent carrier.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed before final order confirmation, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. Delivery Times

France: 3 to 7 business days

Europe: 4 to 9 business days
These delivery times are indicative.
Maximum legal delivery deadline:
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of order confirmation, unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed.
5. Late or Failed Delivery
In the event of late delivery, the customer may, under the conditions set out in Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code:

agree to a new delivery date, or

cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Transfer of Risk
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer only when the customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
KBeauté Cosmetics cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.
These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays related to customs clearance may occur.
9. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the event of loss or damage, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
A replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable law.
