Refund policy

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.kbeaute.fr  It forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and must be read together with the Shipping Policy and the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under French law and European Union law.

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal 14 Days European Union

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason. This period starts from the date the consumer receives the products (or, where an order is delivered in multiple parcels, from the date the last item is received). This right is subject to the exceptions set out in Clause 3.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify KBeauté Cosmetics before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period. Consumers can do so electronically via the withdrawal/return/cancellation request function available from the customer account/orders area: account.kbeaute.fr. After submitting the request, an acknowledgment/confirmation is sent to the consumer by email.

Alternatively, the consumer may notify KBeauté Cosmetics by email at commande[at]kbeaute.fr, indicating the order number and the consumer’s name.

3. Exception Applicable to Cosmetic Products for Hygiene and Health Protection Reasons

In accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons.

As a result, only cosmetic products that are unopened, unused, and whose original packaging and seal are fully intact may be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Any cosmetic product whose packaging or seal has been opened, damaged, or removed cannot under any circumstances be returned, even if the product has not been used.

4. Return Conditions Under the Right of Withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal applies, products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and with all accessories and packaging.

Return shipping costs remain at the consumer’s expense, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are issued within a maximum period of fourteen 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal is notified. KBeauté Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received or until proof of shipment has been provided.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

The customer is required to inspect their order upon receipt.

In the event of a defective product, damage during transport, or a product that does not correspond to the order, the customer must contact KBeauté Cosmetics as soon as possible at commande[at]kbeaute.fr and must provide the order number as well as photographs of the product concerned.

Photographs and the order number must be provided together with a product that is strictly unopened and unused.

After review of the request and in accordance with applicable legal guarantees, KBeauté Cosmetics will propose an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of the product or a refund, at no cost to the customer.

6. Commercial 30 Day Return Policy

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, KBeauté Cosmetics offers a commercial return policy of thirty 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

This commercial return policy applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

• the product is strictly unopened and unused

• the original packaging and seals are fully intact

• proof of purchase is provided

This commercial return policy does not apply to opened or unsealed cosmetic products or to gift cards.

Return shipping costs under this commercial policy are borne by the customer.

7. Return Procedure

Return, withdrawal, or cancellation requests should be submitted using our self-serve request function available from the customer account/orders area: account.kbeaute.fr. This is the preferred method.

Alternatively, requests may be submitted by email to commande[at]kbeaute.fr, indicating the order number, the customer’s name, and (where applicable) the reason for the request.

Please do not ship any products back until you have received return instructions from KBeauté Cosmetics. Once a return is accepted, KBeauté Cosmetics will provide the necessary instructions.

If a return label is provided, it is supplied for convenience only and its cost remains the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

8. Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or used

• gift cards

• products excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code
